Return Policy

At Artisan Marketplace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with easy returns.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please contact our customer service team to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service to initiate the return and receive your RMA number
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  3. Include all original tags, labels, and accessories
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Personal care items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

6. Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund once we receive the item.
